MapAble Catalog
The South African MapAble Data Catalog is now available to view live on the MapAble website and directly from your MapAble workspace. Explore nearly 1000 fully rendered layers, together with new layers added on a continuous basis. As standard MapAble clients has access to two workspaces, the one their own personal workspaces and the MapAble Catalog. To access the MapAble Catalog, login to MapAble and select the MapAble Catalog.
The MapAble Catalog can also be accessed via your workspace by clicking on the Admin dropdown list and clicking on the Switch Workspaces item.
As standard the Catalog opens on the Base map topic tab. You can see various topic tabs indicated at the top of the screen ranging from Demography to social related data layers. Select a topic tab and then feel free to explore the various folders and associated data layers. All the layers in the Catalog has already been rendered and If you see a layer you want to use in your workspace, simply note the name and then switch to your workspace, and duplicate the required layer into your workspace.
